APOPTOSIS AS A PART OF THE BODY'S IMMUNE RESPONSE TO CERVICAL PATHOLOGIES ASSOCIATED
WITH HUMAN PAPILLOMA VIRUS

Background. Currently, the problem of pathology of the cervix of the uterus has not lost its relevance. Despite numerous studies, diagnostic criteria and treatment options, pathological conditions of the cervix make up the proportion in the structure of the general pathology of gynecological morbidity. Today, the most pressing problem in the field of obstetrics and gynecology is a combination of changes in the cervix with the activity of human papilloma virus (HPV). The urgency of the problem is explained not only by the diversity and frequency of occurrence of non-tumor processes in the cervix, but also by the probability of their malignant transformation. The aim of the work is to optimize the management of patients with latent forms of human papillomavirus infection for pathogenetically substantiated preventive therapy in the future.
Materials and methods. The study included 65 women of fertile age. Based on the clinical and immunological examination, the participants were divided into three groups: group I of the immunological control (15 people), group II patients with cervical leukoplakia positive during the HPV examination (35 people) and group III patients with grade 1 dysplasia, as well as carriers HPV (15 people). All patients were examined according to the order of the Ministry of Health of Russia dated 01.11.2012 N 572N “On approval of the procedure for providing medical care on the profile“ Obstetrics and Gynecology (except for the use of assisted reproductive technologies) ”and additional laboratory studies included determining the level of caspase 3.
Results and conclusions: In the course of the work, clinical and anamnestic features in the studied group were determined. On the basis of the selected marker of apoptosis there was formed a characteristic of pathological groups. In the course of work, the previously indicated directions of caspase 3 expression were supplemented.
